I cant wait to all this visa process finish !

I have sent the G 325 form , ou marriage certificate translated, photos for him last week , now his taking care of I 13O form and hopefully by next week he will send the package .

Sometimes I feel frightned for all we go through to proove that our marriage is true , I have been reading many pots with visa denials and sometimes we can understand what they want from us cause most of those people that got their visa denied had many proofs and wasnt enough for them .

We are doing everything right and with care , I cant wait to be with him .

Like for him come live here with me he needed to quit the 2 jobs that he has there to try another job here in Brazil , that would be insane dont you think ? cause the situation here in Brazil is not good at all for us Brazilians to find good job this scares him a lot , leaving the 2 jobs , the possiblity to have a good married life with some quality .

Well I am jus here open my heart to share what I am feeling ok ?

Cause all this visa process is so unfair and makes us wait long time to be with the one we love .

I pray not only for me but for all those who are waiting that we may recieve our visas soon and we may have our family together.

:star::dance:

Wishing all the best for the February fillers !!!!

I understand you completely. I am so frustrated with so much waiting, and waiting...

But, when I read the posts about VISA APPROVED.. uau! I get happy for them, and I feel so much hope it will end up eventually.

Be well.....find your own way to get stronger and get something positive about this experience.

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Hi Vanessa,

Yes, you have to mail marriage certificate with your package in English with notary.

You will be lucky if your case will go to California, not in Vermont which takes forever :(

Good luck, Svetlana
