Moving Case to Different Country

Hello All,

I have been querying up this website for all my questions and trust me it has not disappointed me till now. But, my complications starts from now.

I am Indian and married to US GC holder who is now a US Citizen. To give a bit of background, we filed our petition on 27th Feb 2006 and that time I was employeed at Singapore and till date I have been here. She was a GC Holder then and after she become Citizen, my case got approved in 2 weeks ! My case was transferred to NVC on 28th Oct and right now we are at Packet 3 stage where my wife has send all the required Docs for 1-864 ( after she got checklist for missing docs) and I am now sending them my Packet 3.

Question 1 : From where I will require PCC ?? I have already applied to Singapore and also at Indian High Commission here at Singapore as I am working here from past 3 and half years.

Questions 2 : I have requested them to move my Case to Singapore Embassy for Interview and Medical as I cant leave my Job (given current situation and yes I am employeed with Investment Bank (still !!). Will they Do it ? If so, how long will they take?

Please guide me. I will be sending them my Packet 3 on 3rd Dec.
