70 IS pretty funny for summer weather!! even way up north here!!! We had mid 90s last couple weeks few days here and there...not as hot is the south, but we get LOADS of days like that in summer too...not...70s. That's PERFECT weather to me! :) (upper 70s)

70s??? I LAUGH at 70s being considered summer!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh that is hysterical. I do love England SO much!!! :) :) I told Chas I would be cold while I was there - I think I was right!!

I still say my sweetheart will swelter to death when he endures his first Tennessee summer (90 plus degrees, 90% humidity).

innit cute...70s! I would LOVE a summer of 70's. Sadly....:crying:

Yeah, hubster got a real idea of summer too last year.... and my crabbiness that accompanies it...:lol:

Sure, I'm pissed all those K-1 petitions from those dirty old men are slowing down the processing of mine, but I'm not going to complain about it... IMBRA is going to fix it all!

define "dirty old man"

this should be interesting.

I do think K-3s should get priority over K-1s. That never really made any sense to me. "Here's someone whom I really want to marry, but just not yet!" as opposed to "Here's someone I've already married!" I think those that've made the leap should be given priority, and I'm a K-1er! (And before all of you argumentative "it's not that we don't want to get married yet, we just couldn't because... blah, blah, blah... if you really were 100%, you would've jumped in head first, consequences be damned!)

Secondly, those that "trade up" or file multiple K-1s because they're trying to find another one that's better, or they brought her, and I'll say her, because I've seen more than a few posts about "this girl from Russia, or Columbia, or the Philippines" or whatever other poor country with lots of gorgeous women who are willing to marry "rich" men whom they've never met. And since we're on the subject.... why don't you just say that's what really makes you mad? Not the fact that they're filing K-1s and slowing yours down, but the fact that they're "allowed" to do this to those poor women?

Sure, I'm pissed all those K-1 petitions from those dirty old men are slowing down the processing of mine, but I'm not going to complain about it... IMBRA is going to fix it all!

#######? Now you have to be a certain age and only marry women from politically correct countries???

So if you are a young fat guy marrying someone that makes it better than some old guy? How ###### stereotypical!!!

Jumped first and consequences be damned? Spoken like someone who doesn’t use thought and experience to make choices of such importance without exploring all the options and deciding which is the smartest, fastest, and cheapest way to do something. Sure… just get married… that make EVERYTHING better. After all, NOONE ever gets divorced!!! DOH!!!

Yes… “those poor women”, who don’t have a ###### clue what they’re doing, looking for a free trip to the US, which is why they were advertising themselves. Give me a ###### break. Yes, someone should really protect them and look out for them, since they OBVIOUSLY can’t take care of themselves. Oh pity them.

It didn't sound like sarcasm to me... except the IMBRA thing at the end... if it was, sorry... every once in a while I get my dander up!

Usually when it's written, and it's sarcasm... a few smilies help to indicat that fact... there were none in slim's post.
