Yes... The NOA 1 Hard copy is the Notice of Action you receive in the Mail. It basically says that they have received your Petition. Gene

if your fiance lives in manila, give it 3-5 days. but if she lives outside manila (cebu, davao or other key cities), give it 7-10 (smetimes 14 days) days until she recieves it. this is working days key..some get it sooner, some get it late. it all depends..but the estimate days i gave above is the usual/standard waiting time for the visa to arrive.
