I picked the wrong day to venture back here. I am to a point now where I don't personally care if or who I offend but I want to say this...

Michael is a human being. He came to this forum like anyone else looking for information and advice. He had an issue and a question about it (whether you agree or disagree with the cause of his issue).

I don't think flaming and judgement is what he was after and its a real ShAME that's about all he got. Don't we all have enough to bear without this kind of behavior on this forum? This is why many have either stopped posting or left entirely. I really need to stop coming here.

Michael, I am sorry for the issue you are now facing. I don't personally know what options you have at this point. Perhaps either have your fiancee contact a lawyer, do some reading on your own without engaging in this threat further (obviously its gone non-productive), or wait and see what the government advises you.
