Christmas Wish Lists and Do Not Need Lists

For xmas I don't want a freaking gift card! If you don't know me well enough to find something you think I'll like then you don't need to buy me anything.

I'm ambivalent about gift cards. Ideally, it'd be nice to find gifts that fit everyone on your list, but it's not that easy to find just the right something for some people. Gift cards to restaurants seem sensible to me for the right person.

It's all I want. I have narrowed it down to ONE single gift this year so that I don't get a bunch of other things I kind of wanted but just added as filler to my list.

i always use a plastic sandwich bag for icing, with the corner cut off... am i a cheapskate?

No that works too. I always make an icer out of parchment paper if I am writing. I have a mechanical one now and it really doesn't make the job easy at all.
