Maintaining parity among all people is a founding principle of this country, and an obligation of our government.

i don't like lots of things in life... i especially don't like brussels sprouts, i don't eat them myself. i can't (and won't) try to stop other people from eating and enjoying them because that's not my choice to make.

And none of the VJers that defend the right to marriage for gays that I know of are gay. Which means to me that they are much more secure about their sexuality than those that have some weird aversion to gays although they somehow could care little for the actual homosexual behaviors themselves. Its like a kid that's not afraid of closet monsters but terrified of monsters hiding in closets.
