intent to marry fiancee FORM

hi to all!

On the "intent to marry fiancee sample form" , can we just fill in the blanks and submit exactly the same form? or its meant to be really just a "sample form"? and that we need to compose our own ? pls help. For the record, i already filled out the sample form but we are on the final review of the documents -ready to submit next week...........so this is a last minute question. Thank you so much

We filed first part of September and are awaiting our NOA2. We did it....just basically copied the letter and inserted our information. Keeping our fingers crossed its ok. I think that's the whole point of the sample page anyways. Not many ways to say ya, I want him/her in short form. Good luck!

Doesn't really matter if you use sample form or write your own letter. Just so you have the basics in it. Also do an updated one when you get closer to your interview and take it to the interview with you.

we used the sample form, filled our information in the blanks and had no problems Good luck!

Thank u very much for all the replies ....so iam keeping the original form -just filled out the sample- and we shall compose our own for the interview. inshallah!! Bless us all!!

just make sure that when you use the example forms that you change the part where it says....

....and intend to do so within 90 days of my arrival into the US using the K-1 visa.

...if you're the beneficiary...and you're already in the U.S.

I'm sure it wont cause many problems (only because it didn't for us ) but it's a silly thing to worry about if you find out after the fact that you left it that way.
