Hey everybody, it's Chris (CJ-G). Just wanted to tell my march and april friends, CJ-V, Desi, Robbyrob, Lisa, and all of you I haven't specifically named (but I know your situation), Happy Thanksgiving. Got a feeling that this week may be slow for all of us still waiting, especially slow for the March and April people who have been strung out WAAAY too long. I'm feelin' for all of ya.. Gonna drop from posting for a few days, I've been watching the pot a little too closely these last 2 weeks, it's enough to drive a person loopy.

If I hear anything, I'll send ya a shout, and my best wishes to all of you for some good news in the near future. If not sooner, I'll check back in with all of you around Dec. 1. Poka.

Hey CJ-G, Happy Thanksgiving to you too. Let's hope that VSC returns from the long weekend with an appetite for approvals! ;-) :whistle:

My congressman's aide is following up on my case tomorrow with VSC, so I'll let the audience here know what's up with that. I doubt if there will be any good news before the holiday though.

Thanks CJ! I just celebrated early thanksgiving with the family.

Have a good rest from VJ :)

I hope the best for everyone too.... hopefully we will get a welcomed a holiday "present"! SOmething to be oh so grateful for.

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.
