VA Disability Pension, VA Vocah Rehab Living Expense....they all give me extra stiffen for being married.

So essentially its a form of financial support.

My VA Disability is $15,000/year no taxes.

Voc Rehab is $5000/year no taxes.

GI Bill is going to do the same thing Fall 2009....financial support for Living/married couples.

I can't work but this is a form of work...school grades...get money.

I'm still getting paid regardless and for being married too. It meets the poverty guidelines.

Your VA comp works, your chapter 31 voc rehab is just a tempory payment, based on your going to school. Unless you take summer classes you wont receive it in the summer. Unless you can swing it with the VA Chapter 31 is only good for 2 years unless you can get a waiver. GI bill...doesnt count. I sugest if you cant work and are 100% service connected with the military you should be getting $3000 a month from the VA. Get with the DAV and fight for your benifits.
