oh my i hope u find a way also but this will be interesting to see how it works out, good luck, also curious to know who are your connections saying this

i am interested too as we had "judges" who helped us and it took 2 weeks and that was already with papers submitted in Rabat and translated too. Unfortunatly we were at the mercy of the police and the family law judge who was friends with one of our judge friends and we knew a police officer aaaggghhh those days were stressful for us.

Whatever is necessary i hope you get it done! let us know how it all goes and if we can help any :star:

i'm back, i got married last friday, i made the process in 4 days :dance::dance::dance: i started on monday and finished on thursday morning, we got the judge's approval at noon, i was really nervous but alhamdoulilah everything was ok and we had our party yesterday and this morning he travelled back to usa :crying: , i have to get the marriage certificate and translate it before we can start the k-3 process, hope it will be a speedy journey...

Yes it is an informative thread

i guess it is best to make a journal of this journey, or, if you are like me, you may forget some tidbits

the list is long of what you need to get married there, before you go, be prepared

money money money FOR SURE! if is isnt one thing it is another

it takes time, dont think you are going on a vacation for 2 weeks and you can tackle all

it could take a month to get everything done and translated

be prepared to move all over the place to get things accomplished

some kind of religious affiliation document is needed as well as a letter from your employer oh and police record from here

these were 2 things I didnt have and had to have faxed to me

it was a pain to get married over there :angry:
