Follow exactly the instructions you were given with the I-797e.

yes, send as many evidences of being together as you can. sending more cannot hurt. it will only make your file stronger.

Don't send originals as you may need to show them as the interview. Photocopies are fine.

Please help if you can or offer any advice if possible. I am also from Palestine and trying to bring back my fiance/wife. Technically we are married. Anyhow I just received I-797E Notice of Action form. It states they need proof that my marriage has been consummated. They say I may submit a birth certificate for a kid which is not possible for us. They also say passport and airline tickets showing that we were both in the same places would work. The last option is showing we have a shared residence which also wouldn't work for obvious reasons. My best option is the passport and airline tickets. However, here are my questions:

I basically only have e-mails for my airline tickets because I did everything electronically. Are those electronic emails going to work?

For my passport do I just send them separate pages of copies showing my visas and times I visited? Do they actually want the passport?

It seems like by your posting you had a similar issue. What did you do and what can you suggest? Thanks for your help.
