Hi "couple".I was asked to submit another NBI clearance with A.K.A coz i had one letter corrected on my BC,also,i've been using my first name with Ma. but on my BC there was none,i had it changed too thru RA9048.The CO told me although she already got me approved, she still wanted me to submit a new NBI clearance for them to be sure that i didnt commit any crime on that name :P .It took me 3wks to get my visa,I'm here now in Idaho with my son and my soon to be husband ;) good luck on your journey
