Quick question to a comment posted above in this thread.

What countries are considered to have "high fraud" And is the process alot slower with those countries?

Thanks

Jeremy

Phillipines, Vietnam, China, Nigeria are a few. A lot of the countries that are "poorer" tend to be on the list.

The only times I have seen problems with older women and younger men, and you will forgive my blunt honesty here, is when the women was extremely unnattractive (I mean EXTREMELY) and the man was gorgeous and then the CO accused the man of using her for a greencard.

It's funny you should mention that, because when I was looking for information on this many months ago, I came across one attorney's site ( http://www.arctec.com/startup-kit.htm ) that asked you to answer the following:

"Your physical appearance is"

"Your fiancee’s physical appearance is"

It is a five step scale from "well above average" to "well below average". I asked about this and they told me that if they were more than one step apart that they would ask the couple to provide more information about the relationship!

I did an analysis a while back and some of them did appear to be slower, but I really needed more data points.

Higher fraud posts will often have a long delay caused by either initial request for more evidence of a bona-fide relationship.... or AP (administrative processing) / AR (administrative review)... basically, both the same thing.

The petition stage (uscis noa1-noa2) is relatively the same for all unless something comes up in security checks.
