I was hoping to find out from other people's experiences if they needed the cenomar paper from the NSO for the K-1 visa at the Manila embassy. I read on one website that it is no longer needed, and I know it usually takes 10 days to receive it. Thank you.

Guys, do u think it is neccesary that i should get my CENOMAR by myself??? My sister in law took my CENOMAR in behalf of me and stated it was issued upon request of name of my sis-in law for travel purpose dated Sept 30, 2008.

Do i need recent CENOMAR since i was schedule for interview maybe next month?

I am NOT sure what your first sentence was stating...Do you mean she used your CENOMAR as her own? Idk...

In any case, yes YOU should get your own and have it when you go to the Embassy for your interview, its just one less thing to slow you down.

Good Luck!
