Do they have a coldstone creamery by you? They are so good. You can have absolutely anything mixed in with your ice cream. If you like bananas and chocolate they will mix it in, if you like birthday cake they will mix it in. It is soooooooo yummy!! My favorite is cheesecake and cherries!!

Just a question, is cremation against Islam? He would want to be buried in Cairo but I want a part of him with me always you know? If he could be cremated then I could take a vile and have that for myself. Otherwise what about chopping off a finger and having that to bury? Ok that's gross but see the dilemma?

Tasha, I wish I had some advice. We have never allowed zaid in our bed, not even since birth. The closest he got was his bassinet next to our bed. I am anti co sleeping (only my personal opinion, not trying to offer advice) only bc I know numerous ppl who killed their kids by smothering, excess blankets, etc. I was not going to have any such thing happen.

The tylenol is helping my tonsils feel better, THANK GOD!! Thanks to everyone for your nice thoughts and wishes...

Annie, hope your MIL enjoys the tritip. Will you be taking any days off this week aside from turkey day???

hope everyone enjoys their day..Im off to walmart with some girlfriends...

He isn't actually sleeping with us. Ayman just lays on his back and malek is on Ayman's stomach going to sleep. Then once Malek goes to sleep he puts him in his bed. I just think this is taking a step back. I am going to have to put my foot down!!!

Glad you are feeling better but still you probably do need to see a doctor.

Have a good one

Hey guyssssssssss, Ayman got his drivers license today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeahhhhhhhhhh!!! I just thought I'd share that with ya!!

Annie....I hope her flight went well and she has a wonderful time loving those two little cutie pies of yours.

Kelly...seriously chic...sounds like you have tonsilitis. It will just keep getting worse if you don't get on an antiobiotic. Let me tell you something that my husband has started doing this week. Malek has slept in his own bed since he was about two months old. Well, this week Ayman has been getting him up if he whines a little bit and laying in our bed with Malek on his chest. He said he needs to feel the hug of me or him. I am totally taken back, yes baby's need to feel their parents love but I think he is going to make matters worse for him and not to be selfish but me too! Like Malek is taking a step back and having to be put to sleep not soothing himself. I don't know what to do I have tried explaining this to him but he doesn't get it!!!

Good luck Leyla on the job!!

Oliva...hey I think that most Egyptians are aware of their country having faults. You know they hear news stories about us sometimes before we even do. My husband has told me stuff days before I have heard a peep of it here. Every country is like this...you just keep learning what you can. I enjoy reading your posts.

Sheherazade...girlfiend, i need some of what you have!!!!

Sara...I still think our babies are related somehow!!!

HLM...you pour thing..I am telling you that it is so cold here I feel sorry for my husband. He was shaking almost uncontrollably this morning getting into the car. Stay warm chic!! I hope you don't get too bored waiting on hubby to get home!!

Jeanne...could anybody see the space station or just the peeps in Arizona???

Here is the site. Just find your state and city!

Tasha, that is the best news about the DL...I'm so excited for you as I know how significant this is.

Bridget, sorry to hear about the ER...at least he's ok. I tell everyone to have that discussion - I just think of the whole Schiavo case here in FL and I shake my head.

Cremation is ABSOLUTELY against islam. You need to bury him and preferably in 24 hours. It will cost you approximately 6000 dollars to ship him home including mortuary, box transport and airfare. Dont ask me why I know exactly.. :crying:

So Islam is against cremating.

So that explains why he's like I'll wrap you in white gauze and bury you in a hole in the ground that is like a chamber with many other chambers of rotting corpses encase the after life comes and we have to all rise for the dead. We are placed around our loved ones and family members in case we have to rise together for the after life and pull our weight for Allah or your Christian God.

My Husband has described several of the burials there and the burial chambers not unlike the burial chambers under the city of Paris in France. Only there they separate your bones in the catacomb. Skulls went one place while femurs when the other. Remind anyone of the Holocaust?

Yes, he was so happy. It was funny at the BMV he was like a kid in a candy store. He said I passed and we are having a party!!! The ladies said yeahhhhhh, great for you. She was probably thinking this guy is a nutcase! Anyways she was asking the questions like do you have any mental or physical impairments, yadda yadda yadda and he said yes...I looked at him like what??? He said my wife!!! LOL, what a crazy man. They took his picture and you would have thought it was a winning lotto ticket. He told the lady it looks really good doesn't it??? He cracks me up. He turned on his Egyptian music loud in the car and was so happy snapping his fingers and singing. It was nice to see that things are looking up for him.
