dont worry...im always the one at fault also. a week ago i found a nice trip package to hawaii. i told him and even sent him the site. he said wait (as usual) i said if we wait prices will go up. he said dont worry so much..i said i can book now and get the cancellation insurance and he said how much is it...i said $119.00...he said thats too much.

a week later he told me to go ahead and book it. i said well the price went up now....then he blamed me for not booking a week ago with the insurance saying why didnt i tell him about the insurance....i wanted to kill him. so its my fault we had to pay more a week later.

this is one of many times im the one whos always at fault.

have you had the sit down and talk and write down all the bills talk? actually the best way is prob going to be to experience it, let him be responsible for certain bills, when like the phone is cut off then he will get it. Im fairly sure where he came from he had some bills, i know ahmed is responsible for the family internet, and it has been cut off so they know....

Maybe you can nicely remind him that as the Muslim husband, he is responsible for all bills. Try explaining that you are doing all you can do, trying to find work, to help him as his partner in life. Ask him to join you in prayer and ask Allah to send down some baraka to you both. Maybe nudging him from the religious side will work.

I also agree with the person that said to sit down and talk about the bills. Write down all the bills and expenses that you have. Maybe if he sees everything laid out before him, he can come up with ideas to save money.

As for the hanging up thing...personally, when I get mad, I just get silent and give my husband silent treatment. I continue to do everything that is normal, but without talking to him and showing him any affections which he's used to. I found with this method, he ends up coming to me and trying to get me back onto his good side... Didn't you say you've got memory foam? LOL Use it to your advantage honey!
