Papers for Consulate

I have some questions about the papers to bring to the interview:

What do you need to do with the passport pics? Do you just bring them or do they need to be attached to any specific form?

DS-230 Part 1 - I know this gets sent back to the consulate in the mail, but it also states that I need to also have that at the interview. Does she fill out 2?

DS-156 says in duplicate. Does this mean they want two of them fille din or can you fill in one and then copy it?

I faxed the DS230 so will bring the original to the interview.

Not sure about the photocopy but the DS 156 is not really that long to fill out twice.

You just bring the passport pics as they are.

Not sure about the DS-230 Part 1, as it didn't ask that of me on my Packet 3...

DS-156: I was given two copies, so I've filled out both. It's really not that much work.
