Advice to write Congressman/Senator

HI to Everyone, I need your Opinion/Advice guys Is there anyone of you had use Co-sponsor and have problem and Ask the help of Congressman or Senator, My fiance cant provide a required documents for now because he is sick and under medication and have schedule for an Operation at the end of the month, That is why He can't find a new job, Can my fiance write a Congressman or Senator about his situation and maybe the Government contact Embassy to allowed us to use Co-sponsor since he is sick, I heard that someone have the same problem and ask Congressman help and they got appoved,. Any help and Information would be so much Appreciated .......Thank you

09/23/2010 - Receive Text and Email

09/27/2010 - Receive Hard Copy in the Mail (EAD,AP,AOS)

10/13/2010 - RFE on my I-485( waiting the letter on the mail )

10/18/2010 - Biometrics Appointment (touch AOS, EAD at the same day )

10/22/2010 - Sent RFE

10/26/2010 - Touch ( received RFE Under review )

99% of the time USEM accepts co sponsors for K1 applicants.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

I can't tell what your status currently is, and how "urgent" the need is for your fiance to provide an affidavit of support in time for your interview at USEM. Your fiance can contact your congress person's office, if he has trouble getting information from the USCIS or the USEM. The folks at the USCIS are very helpful on the phone. I don't know about the State Department.

Having a co-sponsor, or securing your stay with a bond, are the best bets.
