Hello guys. So that there is no problem with income, I was thinking to go with my brother as co sponsore but he has also filed spouse visa to bring his spouse to the U.S. If I do make him my co sponsor, how does this affect him? He does have enough income to support the 4 of us (him, his spouse, me and my fiance) per poverty guidelines. Any feedback? Thanks in advance.

He technically can sponsor until the income runs out... BTW, he is not sponsoring you... why are you considering yourself in the "mix"?

YMMV

I was considering myself since he will be a co sponsor to my case but he has his own case as well.

first affidavit will be a household of 2 (he and his wife) or (he and your SO) whichever goes first.

second affidavit will be a household of 3 (he, his wife, your SO)

YMMV
