hmmm indian food. maye i'll cook chicken coconut curry this weekend, yummy.

ohh Nessa sounds good, do you have the recipe for that? i'd love to cook it

First I make Panqueca, Brazilian-style crêpe or pancake; instead of piled or folded, it is rolled and it isn't sweet. then I fill in with the chicken (easy to make, just cook the chicken (thinner than strips, like you can see on this pic:

Add some olive oil in a pan, brown garlic then season with curry, I put some cinnamon, chicken bouillon, cumin and coconut flakes.

you can always add other stuff on top of the pancakes, like sauce, cheese, etc.
