Hi everyone, I have been on this site for some time and this is the first time I’m posting.

My Fiancée is originally from the Philippines and is working abroad in the United Arab Emirates. She was talking to me this morning and has decided to move back home to the Philippines. Well the problem is that all my paper work is to the United Arab Emirates. Can I change it now without having to re-submit it? Thanks everyone for your help. This site is great for us going on this journey.

You can try to request a change when it gets to NVC after petition approval.

YMMV

You can try to request a change when it gets to NVC after petition approval.

You can also try sending a letter to the service center and/or calling the customer service line to get the change made. The best bet is to contact NVC anyway as they will be more responsive. You'll have to stay on top of it though.

You can try this but, the USCIS does not care what consulate will actually do the interview as that belongs to the Department of State.... the chance of this information being properly recorded by the USCIS might be slim

YMMV

Really slim but worth a try. Stay on top of it with NVC after petition approval because it may only be there a couple days.
