Have you ever considered that your rantings on VJ may be your lasting legacy? I currently have 2582 posts. It is by far my biggest body of work (maybe work is a stretch)! Is this what my family will refer to when I am gone? Will there be copies of my postings avaiable at my funeral, or at least a VJ shout out? "What was Mark's favorite past time"? "Spending hours online sharing information and trading barbs with his online friends". "Well that and masturbation".

I've thought about that scene in A.I. a lot where the archeologist aliens find the artificial Pinocchio and his teddy bear and collect from his memory chip what actual contact with Human's was like. I thought if any of this information does survive as records to :alien::alien::alien: 's of what life was like eons from now it would be impressive of our current technology. :P

But really there is an abundance of information from the sewers of the internet that I wouldn't doubt our small virtual lives that branch out through the internet would extinguish like a match burning out at our finger tips. If anyone cared to go looked up stuff about us online I highly doubt they would find that I was a member of this place unless someone from this virtual world was connected to my real world in some way shape or form and felt compelled to mention my virtual identity in referencing what I was like in real life. I don't think it would be the norm no? It will last for awhile but I doubt it would be my legacy after I am gone.

Personally I would love to have a record of postings from dead relatives. Years after my Mom died I found out that my Sister had a journal Mom had started. It was thrilling to be able to read her writing. This wouldn't be quite the same, but it's something.

My Brother asked me if it was possible to send him more than VJ links, so he knows I am a member here! He loves Mr. Fancypants. In fact I think he would rather have Steven as a Brother than me. :crying:

Did ya hear that Steven you have a President for your fan club, Joe-Six-Pack's brother.

According to reports people can't figure me out from my posts. I have to question what is there to figure out? I'm just another person that got caught in the tangled web of the visa process and driven to insanity being kept apart from their Husband since newly wedded almost 2 years ago.

Yes pls come read my verbal vomit on this site and others! :P

Don't you find it nice that someone would care enough about you to want to try to "figure you out"?

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Sounds good to me. I'm sure Gary would like to have Senator Fancypants representing him!
