Hello guys i am curious how you can tell when is the 1st touch of your paper? we got our Noa1 on august 27 and i member in the site of uscis and i saw there saw on the uscis that the last update is semptember 23..is this the 1st touch?

Yes,your right!!!that's the famous touch they called it here in VJ,you case was updated or touched...goodluck

ah ok..now i understand thank you so much..then i need the 2nd touch hehehe.i wish they will touch it again..this coming dec or january for NOA2 approval!!! i noticed vermont service center is fast processing the papers

Thats nice,always think positive!!!like me,i do always think positive thoug my case was never been touched :blink: ..But still,case to case basis cuz there are some june,july,and lots of august filers didnt have the NOA2..Goodluck..
