i was informed by my MIL that she got our approval notice..

um what will i do next???

congratulations! you should be able to do DS-3032 Choice of Agent now and AOS I-864. I did not wait for my DS 3032 to be mailed to me, and I sent it via email instead (check out the short-cuts for this). Also, you may want to start gathering all the documents you would need for filing the visa and for the interview. Especially that very-much looked for marriage index. If all goes well, you should be out of NVC in less than a month.

Good luck!

No not neccessary, I myself in the military and my wife still in the Philippines, if theirs got its cause maybe due to medical or because he is going overseas... personnel in the military like myself do not get priorities unless going to war zone. I have been there 2x and not going for the 3rd time to get my wife faster to US, dont make sense if I go back to war zone and my wife in US by herself.
