MORE THAN 90 DAYS-NO EAD

dear friends

I applied for EAD on 12 August 2008, based on K3 visa, until today i did not recive any letter from uscis, it is almost more than 90 days, i did not recive any RFE OR BIOMETRIC LETTER from Uscis, i faced infoss appoinment, the local office people said that they put in service request to california center, i dont undesrtand all this. I am suffreing without haveing a job past months, i am in the midst of financisal crsis, i am pastiently wating.

kindly anybody share their simlar expereince and kindly give some suggestion and advices, Thank you so much for your input in this.

Unfortunately I don't know the process for EAD under K3 category.

My experience was for EAD under AOS. For EAD under AOS, if your EAD processing time on USCIS website is beyond their processing time limit, you can request for expedited service for EAD (with no RFE for your AOS).

You can request the expedited service over the phone and you should receive some confirmation number. Did the local office give you a confirmation number for expedited service request for your EAD? If not, you can call the USCIS and talk with the customer service. They will be able to look your case based on the NOA and see what's going on with your EAD case

I filed AOS on August 12 and had my biometrics on sept 07. I did get an RFE but it was for my medical exam and i recieved it before my biometrics. I called USCIS and they gave me a confirmation number for the expedited service. Can I use this number to check the status?? Or sghould I just use my regular NOA # ??
