HAHA yeah! Can you imagine if you really did whack it off, then your husband gets famous from it?! He writes a book, appears on all the magazine covers, gets interviewed by Barbara Walters, and makes millions of dollars alongside his new MENA wife.....all while you rot in prison? ooooh not the revenge you thought of!

 Exactly!

Like Ivana Trump said, "Don't get mad, get everything!"

How very interesting....

Lets take a poll:

How many would wack it off??????

Honestly, unless I had children with the guy, I wouldn't care. Because if someone does wrong, it comes back on them. And usually the bad thing that happens to them, is a million times worse than what they did to you.

I would pick myself up so fast and find myself a better man, he wouldn't even remember I was ever married to him. I would not show him one ounce of anger. Bad people feed off of anger. They love seeing other people get angry.

And correct me if I'm wrong. I was still really young when the whole Lorraina Bobbit thing happened. But didn't her husband end up getting a surgery and becoming famous? I thought I remember something like a fan club of women that wanted to be with him after the incident (perhaps out of pity)?

He became a porn star. People are sick.

'Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO, What a Ride'

I thought in his original post he said he met and married the first wife in the US. They had troubles and divorced after 6 years. He was a LPR then. Then after he became a USC he went back to Egypt and married someone that he knew from childhood.

I don't remember him saying he fell in love with the girl while he was married to the first wife????? I was also under the impression that he was an LPR for awhile before he got divorced, since he said 6 years.

Did I miss something? Cause if he started an affair with the current wife, while still married to the first, that is very, very, WRONG!

Karma indeed!!!!

No narina you didn't miss anything that's exactlly what happend, i got my USC 2 years after divorce. that means i didn't marry just for a USC. knowing someone from your neigbours or your country dosen't mean you have a plans to do things like those women think.

Just don't try to explain to them anymore , they are just looking at this like oh Is my spouse going to divorce me and marry another woman ? lol

They not secure and not sure about thier loves. hahaha that's why i left them talk and talk and i laugh about them. I wish all the secure love to everyone in VJ . i always say good luck all

I wonder the same thing. I got divorced and remarried after 6 months. My first husband left after he got his greencard too, so I am hoping they don't give us a hard time. It wasn't my or my ex husband fault why he left, but USCIS always makes problems for people. I hope they don't make a problem for us or for you!

Don't worry, that's what they told me don't worry as long everything is legal and you can prove your marriage is real.

I know my wife even before i got divorced becouse my pervious marriage weren't working out and my wife and i were talking even before divorce.Good luck

Aaaaahhhh.... he got divorced in 2006 and remarried in 2006, but upgraded the petition in 2008. I thought he got married in 2008.

Talking to another woman while he's still married...that would pi$$ me off!

Well, in fairness. I was with my ex-husband for 10 years (we met when I was super young). We had problems from day one (of course I didn't listen to my parents who warned me). During our marriage we were separated for 8 months. For this reason, immigration denied our removal of conditions. They ended up arresting him and putting him in the immigration jail. He had given up, but I was angry and wanted to fight USCIS. We did and after all was said and done, we got a letter from USCIS saying, "Sorry, we made a mistake" and then the judge granted my ex his 10 yr permanent residency card. However, he didn't want to stay in the US anymore because he felt "unsafe"...I mean, gimme a break! So he insisted on going to Kuwait. I refused to move there but told him to have a visit and then come back. Well, after being there a month he decided he wasn't coming back. I decided I wasn't going there. So we divorced. He never came back and actually abandoned his residency. So his card is null and void now. That is the main reason why I don't believe he was ever in it for the greencard.

My point is, who knows what the reasons were for Mike's divorce? Maybe they had a situation we don't know about??? But whoever said the consulate was the real test, is right. I guess he'll explain everything to the CO and if they think it's okay, then I guess it's okay...

:pop: Yes, this is just freaking dandy!

Your spouses both are going to have fantastic times at the embassies trying to explain your relationships. I can't wait for the posts on those interviews. Furthermore, I would love to be a fly on the wall when the CO mentions to your spouses, that you married so soon after divorcing. Your spouses, although you've probably prepped them and all, will most likely take a beating for this one from the CO, as they don't tend to view these things lightly. To them Mike it is good sign of fraud, or in your case Narina, as someone who is looking to get rich from the visa process as you've already taken $10,000 and a crapload of gold as payment. It could be very interesting.

God, I love visa drama!!!! Keep us posted!!!

I'm sorry sweetheart, you obviously know everything, but let me just clarify. My tax returns from the last 8 years will prove plenty that I don't need money from anyone, let alone for a visa. I probably make more money in one day than you do in a whole week with overtime. I wouldn't mention my income, except you went there, so...

I'm really sorry you probably got nothing from your husband, but don't hate on me. Next time you marry someone, learn a little about their culture, and maybe you'll be better prepared to get what's due to you.

As for my divorce, I was religiously divorced in April 07, legally divorced in August 07, and then remarried in February 08. So I didn't get married that soon after my divorce. And I know it's hard for you to pay attention, but listen up, cause my ex-husband has no status in the US. So he has no greencard, visa, or citizenship...

But don't worry darling, you just take notes, so when your husband leaves you for a wife from his own country, then you can figure out how you want to deal with it.

But I guess you're secure and have no worries...charming thing that you are!

Oh my bad...you got a baby instead of money...

So when your husband leaves you, you'll be getting child support for 18 years...

Sounds like you got a whole lot more than I will! But it's okay sugar, you need it much more than I do!

I would rather have a beautiful baby than money anyday ! Which I do have a wonderful son Prince Amir and a wonderful husband .

My point was not to accuse me of being a gold digger when

1. I have no need for money -and-

2. If she gets divorced, she'll get more money than I would if I were to get a divorce.

And last but not least, just don't be a hater! If I was worried about my immigration status, I would never post my story up. But I'm not worried. Even if they deny an application, we can live in Europe. It's not like our life will be over, or I have to move to a third world country. Either way, we'll be fine. The only reason we chose America is because both our families are here.

And personally, I don't want a baby. Can't stand them. Don't want to have anything to do with them. Most women like babies and that's wonderful for them. Just not my forte!

alright, let me show you ladies what CO limited power .

No readjudication of petitions

7. In general, an approved petition will be considered by consular officers as prima facie evidence that the requirements for classification - which are examined in the petition process - have been met. Where Congress has placed responsibility and authority with DHS to determine whether the requirements for status which are examined in the petition process have been met, consular officers do not have the authority to question the approval of petitions without specific evidence, generally unavailable to DHS at the time of petition approval, that the beneficiary may not be entitled to status (see 9 FAM 41.53, Note 2, 41.54 Note 3.2-2, 41.55 Note 8, 41.56 Note 10, 41.57 Note 6, and 42.43 Note 2) due to fraud, changes in circumstances or clear error on the part of DHS in approving the petition. Conoffs should not assume that a petition should be revoked simply because they would have reached a different decision if adjudicating the petition. …”

What does that language mean? It means an approved petition is prima facie evidence of eligibility for an immigrant visa, unless a consular officer finds substantial evidence of ineligibility. More importantly, this evidence must have been unknown and unavailable to DHS at the time it approved the petition. That is the nearly the whole game for your client right there, in a few words.

..... OK now we all see that CO can't deney you in an interview for a red flag that was knowing by DHS before they approve your I130 petition.

I'm very sad for you....I had a boss that shared your views...we later found out she could not get pregnant, hence her venomous attitude toward babies as she reached that high risk age. I am not attacking you...just the "can't stand them" comment was a bit nasty...imagine if your mother shared that attitude...you were a baby once. :(
