"If you don't hear anything on your I-130 by the time the next processing times report comes out, assuming it moves up a month (which is a HUGE assumption), you may be able to file a status inquiry request on your I-130. Because your I-129F NOA 1 is so much farther out, you may not have a lot of near term hope in getting the K-3 approved. For the time being, I think I would be paying more attention to the I-130 dates than the I-129F K-3 dates. At the rate things are going, you might not see a K-3 approval until next spring."

Thank you so much. We have been waiting for a long time. We learned K-3 very late, that is why we sent it too late.. but we want to continue with I-130.. It seems it will be approved first. I think they will update the uscis's website on December, 15th. So should we wait untill December, 15th?? aren't we suppose to hear something by now? If we sent any missing or wrong papers weren't they suppose to inform us by now? Thanks a lot for help.

Congratulations!!!! That is great to hear good news from the others. Do you think something is wrong with our papers?? :( How did you learn your approval? via website or mail? because our case is still pending.. and some people say that sometimes you get approval but the website shows it pending..

Charisma, me too, but with next week being such a short week, plus the fact that the motivation to work next Wednesday will be way low, even by USCIS standards, I just don't know if the improved mojo from this week is going to translate. I'm sort of hoping tomorrow may be a big day. Something tells me that Friday may be our last hope before we drag this full speed (at 2 m.p.h.) into December.
