Hi March Filers

I hope I bring you good news. Even though its just a touch (since May), I am thrilled. I know I may have to wait for a long time but there is nothing more depressing than thinking that your file is just sitting somewhere in a dusty forgotten box. So, my petition is actually with an adjudicator (is what I hope this means). I wrote to my Congressman who told me they could not do anything till March 09. I wrote 3 weeks ago to my Senator and I did not get a response or an indication that they had even received my request. I left messages, they did not call back. I gave up on the Senator's office and just decided to chill.

I am praying for an approval (or something) by the end of the month.

Good for you. Maybe it will tranlsate into something good. Your NOA-1's are close to mine, yours are 11 days before on the I-130, 10 days before on the I-129F. Good luck. VSC owes us.

A visa may be a privelege, but no one can convince me the process has been fair to us at VSC, who have had to wait twice as long for approvals of the same documents as those who send to CSC.

Good luck to all the March and April NOA-1's still waiting.

I was also touched today. I contacted my Congresswoman a few weeks ago, just heard back from her office two days ago, saying that my application is being processed and that I need to wait. Yes, I hope this touch means the NOA2 is imminent. This waiting it driving me crazy.

I contacted my House Rep for my District and when I didn't get them to do anything I contacted one of the two Senators for my state.

Good luck for you! I really hope this touch means you will be approved still in November.

I'm a late March filer and I had touches in June. Since then, nothing else! I also gave up this Senator thing because no one helped us. So I'm just "patiently" waiting. I'm hoping to be approved soon and have my interview in January. Christmas in the USA would be really a miracle like when God opened the sea for Moses and the hebrews to crossed it.
