Hi all!

I just also want to ask if NBI and POLICE CLEARANCE must be change into my married name? Or will use my single name?

Hmmmmm, well my asawa has one in her married name na.

She didn't have a passport before we married. And if I remember right when we were working on getting her passport and she had to do the seminar at CFO they required her to have the NBI clearance in her married name. So that's when she got one from NBI in her married name.

If I didn't have bad luck, I would have no luck at all!

I-130

Hi VJer's,

We got hold of our NOA1 as of 4 February 2013 with Case Status on Initial Review and is on process when I checked it online, with the latest announcement from USCIS as everyone is aware of.

My concern is,,, I'd been working in Thailand for the last 6 yrs. I understood that I need to get a police certificate from all countries I stayed before. Aside from a police certificate here, shall I go back home to get me a police certificate/NBI?

Kindly advise.

Many thanks!

B&B
