we just received a letter from our lawyer that we are on RFE..huhuu

bad thing is my fiance is here in the philippines..so this might take time..huhuhu..i dont know what to do

Hi, we got RFE too last September... good news is most of the VJers say that it's better to get RFE coz the next will be approval... and yes that's true... when we sent back the docs requested we were approved right away!

Strange to get RFE with original petition. What was it for? K1 is VERY easy paperwork unless you have something out of the ordinary.

its about a case before..

see thats why we hired a lawyer to do this stuff, to look small things but we were wrong..

it was about a case his ex wife filed..it was about domestic violence..he said that it was already done and his mother further added that it was not true..the ex wife just filed it just so he can go to jail..
