Only one(well two if US counts?). :( India-- well I guess that's a unique place to visit. I had a stopover in Paris, France. But that wasn't a visit. I am jealous of all the world travelers. :P I have traveled the world in my mind.

I've been to about 30. Been to North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Hoping to hit all continents before I die (and over a 100 countries AT LEAST!!!)

P.S. how can anyone count an airport as a country they've been to? That doesn't count!!!

If one just counts transit-through of an airport, then one could also extend the absurdity and count overflight (with no landings) of a country as having been to it.

I've been to 5 continents too. I have lots of friends in New Zeeland and Australia, so might make it there some day. But somehow I dont see Antarctica happening.

For some of the small countries in Europe (and Africa) we had to make a real effort to not just drive straight through them (or take the train right through them) we made sure we stopped, saw a sight, had a meal, touched the ground, bought a postcard.

A friend of mine recently went to Antarctica with her dad! Her pics of her standing with thousands of penguins all around were awesome! I definitely want to go there someday.

My brother-in-law's brother worked for a year on a tiny little rock in the middle of nowhere called Gogh Island. The same supply ship that supplied them also went to the base in Antarctica. Doing a gogh-antarctica-gogh trip. All of the scientists got to go with the ship to antarctica for a specail trip. Lucky devils. What makes this even more amazing is that he did not need a passport for this. Both Gogh Island and the South African antarctic base is considered to be part of South Africa. So after the trip he had still only been in 1 country!
