I watched the video on the news today and was just shocked. He kept saying over and over he didn't do it but they kept telling him to tell the truth, even going so far as to suggest someone saw him do it! Apparently he wasn't even read his rights. Not like an 8 year old would even understand his rights. But seriously, this is some seriously messed up investigating on the polices' part. From what I hear it's very likely that this taped 'confession' will get thrown out and not admissible as evidence.
