My husband entered with a K-1 in Feb 2006

We got married in March 2006

His GC expired 08/15/2008

We have been extended to 08/15/2009 (Vermont)

When can he apply for Naturalization?

Thanks

ML

if based on marriage to a USC, then it would appear to be 90 days prior to 08/15/2009

YMMV
