listen dolphin, immigration needs a realistic prrof of divorce or failure of marriage. they don`t believe that marriage didn`t work out.. most likelythey will send you home if you divorce and apply for removing condition...unless you provide a proof of your spouse abuses you and hurt you ...try on saving your marriage as much as you can if you can`t , go for divorce but chances of staying in usa are very weak...i hope you guys work it out....good luck

Not necessarily. All he has to prove is that the marriage was entered in good faith (bona fide).

Moroccans have a reputation to marry for papers then Divorce and remarry Moroccan girls, I'm in the Boston Area and I'm Moroccan, And it is standard procedure. For your case, it's just easy to save the marriage, But if it's not possible, you have to talk to a lawyer, people at this Forum will try to help, but the facts are still the same.

hi, or i shoud just leave, go back and start a life between my family again, better than get deported as it is humalating in my opinion.

thank you if you stop to reply or even if not, and i hope that you guys try hard in your marriages.

Divorce should be your last option from every stand point its a painful journey and O .....people change in divorce proceedings.Try your possible best to save your marriage if all else fails then you know you tried your best!

I believe the only people that you owe expalnations as to the validity of your marriage is your wife (if she cares) and USCIS dont buy the nonsense of peole telling you from their high horses to go back home...unless they would buy your plane ticket.I also do not know any of the 50 states where divorce is automatic, there is usually a wait time.I am not USCIS but i beleive there has to be a valid reason for deportation order and even at that you would be given an option of voluntary depature.

Stay Strong and keep your eyes open!

I hope you both get some marriage counseling and a bit of time alone so both of you can think it through. A divorce is painful for both and if there is any chance and desire to save your marriage - Go for it.

I do, however believe, not to try and save your marriage if there is no desire but only because it will look good to USCIS. That will be using your spouse.

(((((dolphin1))))) May I suggest you both seek counseling? I mean if you love her and she loves you and it's about the way you deal with things, anger etc. Then why not work on your marriage? I know it might not be your way, but come on if you love her then work on saving what you worked so hard for in the first place. Don't let this just go, say your sorry and do what you have to do to make it right. True love can't be tossed out so easily, you have to fight to keep it going. Please don't give up and saying your sorry doesn't diminish any of us, only makes us stronger. I'll be praying for you both and I hope to hear soon that all is well with you and your wife. Many blessings on you both.

Whole bunch of irrelevant talk here, everyone is suggesting counseling, dolphin1 talking about his father-in-laws occupation??!!?? but what is your real question mr dolphin1??? i read between the lines of your life story something about the tax returns and to answer your question yes they are needed when removing the conditions but if you dont have them then you dont, you will then include an explanation of why you dont have your tax returns and other documentation as a proof of your bonafide marriage.

hi all, i hope everything is going well with you. I got the 2 yrs green card one month ago. Sadly i think we are going this time towards a real divorce, i said real as we mentioned divorce before and didnt happen. After fights and lots of misunderstoods like what happen between a big amount of human couples. some of problems because of me although i know am a good guy but my stupid bad temper sometimes and the lack of handling problems and when my feelings get hurt, without yelling. Some because of her and i know no human is perfect, some because like i said of misunderstoods and other stuffs. I feel a pain that i wanted to make something great and people happy but i find i just mess. anyway after saying some of my personal story to you i want to know, if the divorce happen and i have to apply , is sending the tax papers is a must? i came here in the end of 2007 i didnt work till august 2008 ,so if the divorce will happen, it will be before filing taxes. She has the majority of bills in here name, my name is in the lease and in the inssurance card with her name,i have copies of our credit cards, photos together and with our families, letters ,emails greeting cards ,phone calls history from the time we met. I have the selective service system registration card showing the home addresse. Her father is the co sponsor and he worked in the dept of defence ( say this meaning it is not a fake marriage),i really do love her but i know being bad and yell ( i dont insult) none would deal with it , sadly i was like that with my family too. At the end i want to know after the divorce, will it worth it to try apply ,pay and deal with that headache thing again, or i shoud just leave, go back and start a life between my family again, better than get deported as it is humalating in my opinion.

thank you if you stop to reply or even if not, and i hope that you guys try hard in your marriages.

the good thing is you recognize and admit your possible contribution to your (pending) divorce - thats a good sign thou - so i ask, have you tried hard enough to work on your admitted deficiency? (not sure if its the right term). Like others have said, consider counselling. Somehow the anger or bad temper you seem to have has been there as a child (or in the family like you said). Maybe there's a pent-up emotions or hatreds you've kept till now that became a burden up to your adulthood and is now affecting your marriage. The one person you vowed to be with till death do you part. Maybe you need to let go of somethings within first enable you to feel better and deal with marriage life.

just my thoughts. i wish you both all the best and till you've exhausted all to save your marriage- dont'cha quit. (F)

btw,iam new to visa process so i commented only re:marriage. FYI, thank you. :content:
