Well Alpharetta is a real nice area and very expensive. Real Estate not doing well around here but maybe if she sells she can still get a profit I don't know though this is foreclosure city around here as of late.

Jawi; I can't move to ATL (well not right now). I would lose about $20K in salary. She really doesn't want to sell, so I told her to consider renting it, but she's not too sure she wants to do that. The house is beautiful and HUGE. I guess she'll figure it out.

I have been looking everywhere for a week now. Can't find where to buy it.

My friend dowlaoded it on soulseek and burned me a copy but I want the orgional copy too. Burned CD's skip in my car stereo. Where in JA around Negril can I buy origional copies of CD"S? Not the guy standing on the corner by the Scotia Bank selling bad burned copies! Anyone know??

I wouldnt rent out , not in that area ,, she has to be very careful , we have a lot of dreamers here. want moet but can only afford Colt 45. If she ends up with someone who looks good on paper but aint got no paper it will take months to get them out with this slow court system in ga.

What about the jobs. I guess I have to do some deep research. I have many friends who moved from the DC area and went to ATL, but couldn't find a job. The houses were selling like hot cakes here and they made a killing, so they were able to move to ATL and some paid for their house cash others were able to put down a large downpayment.

I need to relocate, before my EX drives me into the NUT house and I just want a change of senery. I'm still considering Connecticut or Florida. Live in Florida before, but I just didn't like it.
