Jawi; I hope you're not doing too much.

TL; What's up. Give me a link in the morning. Marcel is here cooking Sunday dinner. My brothers came over and said they wanted brownstew chicken and fish and he's in there cooking like a madman. I've never met a man that loved to cook so much (cook and clean).

Afternoon Yardies--wagwan?

Congrats Mrs P!! You have a timeline again.

She's going to JA but NOT hooking up with her man???

Girl their relationship is wierd to say the least. She filed when I did but he was denied for admitting to having smoked weed, so he was band for 3 years from the date of filing. She has been having second thoughts for a long time now. She went to see him in Sept spent a week and he was not as attentive as she felt like he should be!!! My husband is adament about not returning to Jamaica untill 2010 so we are just going to enjoy a long weekend with out stress or pressure. We have been friends forever so we get along well and we both like to travel. We have never been to Negril and she doe not want me to feel like a third wheel. The only trouble we will probaly get into is if we see the MIDGET  .

Well that makes sense. Negril is my new fav place in JA.

Thanks Island...my stomach was in knots when I put it in the mail!

Someone sent that to me a few months ago and it still makes me laugh. I'm doing a play next month for a family friend. I haven't done one of those in a long time. I get to play "Mad Mavis"

Wooiieee!! Lawns I would pay money to see that! PM me the details - that can be one of my winter trips. Maybe I can drag Sus with me - if she comes back from JA.

Thanks Island...my stomach was in knots when I put it in the mail!

The play is to take place at a rec center not too far from Sunny. They're still working out the details. The last time I went to every rehersal and the a few weeks before the opening night the place told us we couldn't hold it because of fire code violation (I guess we sold too much tickets). It was to built the new school in Falmouth. I use to do these all the time, but when I had my son I didn't have time. Our best play was "GRANNY dancehall queen"...also sold out.

I have a feeling that I'm going to need to get back into my tai chi classes to deal with this madness...or else I won't have a shred of hair, sanity, or strength left!

Mrs. P; you'll be fine. I remember when I first came in this room you had to slap me back to reality a few times. Don't lose any eyelashes like I did.

He is doing okay. He is sore and each day has a different part aching, but I told him to expect that. I was in an accident when I was 17 and 10 years later started having problems with my neck.

He is more "bruised" inside I think. He was really shook up about having his son with him in the accident. He talked about putting him on his lap and burying his face and trying to use his body to protect Jr's from the glass and whatnot flying around while they were rolling. That part really scared him and shook him up, especially the "what if..." questions.

I agree. Do you go out to Crossroads? I've never been.

I went there last week, they played an HOUR of freakin' calypso...was SOOOOOO mad!!

Hopefully Wednesday night will be better cuz the holiday. That's why I don't like to pay to go to Crossroads unless someone is performing. You never know what type of music they are going to play. I use my "ladies free before 11" coupon.

Lawny...I didn't make it yesterday. Hubby wasn't feeling too good. JALOVE said she likes the muffins.

Food was okay but too expensive. They are making us pay for their renovations but we wanted somewhere to sit, eat and chat. I used to go in the mornings to get a muffin when they have more to choose from.
