I am not sure if it is still open or not - I know last time I was in Negril it was closed - There is another club around the corner called Scrub a Dub - Great dancehall music, and lots of shows there -

The first time I ever went to XXX, I was thinking it wasn't so bad - Not much to see - then I saw this girl with batty riders on whining on a guy - when she turned around, that was all she had on!

Please LORD LET IT BE CLOSED!!. This is going to be one wild birthday. Her man stays in Trewlany and she's not going to tell him she's coming her famous saying is WHAT GOES ON IN JAMAICA STAYS IN JAMAICA. I know i need to be afraid very afraid .

No my hair isn't micros but braided smaller than I wanted. My friend did it. I liked the freedom so I am about to break down and get braids again although I shudder when I think about that whole itching spell I went through last time because of the hair. Morant y'all sound like some wild women! I would join you ladies if I wasn't going in Feb. I am always up for some adventure.

I had to get over not taking my meds. I'm fine today so far...as long as I don't let time expire from my last dose to my next dose. My last dose was 1130...so somebody remind me in four hours to take my next dosage. YUCK...I hate pain meds. I feel so loopy/tired/drained/spacy.

Set the alarm Jawi, well at least you aren't hurting right? How long did they say it will be before you are healed and don't need the meds? I use my pain meds to make me sleep seems that is all they do is knock you out. Well I'm glad you are able to get up and about today. Continue to heal and feel better.

I'm not hurting right now...but I am far from being up and about. I'm stuck in my bed with my laptop propped on one of the many pillows surrounding me and this big a$$ neck brace.

I know u were having alot of pain are they giving u physical therapy also? I know it is hard to move, what outcome are they expecting from the surgery besides less pain? How long do they predict u are going to be down?

The doctor doesn't feel I will need physical therapy. I can already tell that the original pain is gone...just have to get past the surgery pain now. I can't drive a car again until Dec 18th. I won't be back to work until 2009.
