 its Twilight, with yuh nosy butt!! haha! Its orginally a book which is like a HUGE thing apparently. So when making the movie it was a huge deal when it finally came out. Kinda like when Harry Potter movies started. Everyone knew the book and the movie was just this huge deal.

AHA!! mi knoa lita nuh disappoint!!! har chat fass fi tru.. OKAY.. i heard about this.. ALOT OF ANTICIPATION for that one..

I am like u, every once and a while I get a kick and research the mess out of a movie cuz i get so intrigued..last one was "Brokeback Mountain" i was FASCINATED w/ that movie and the short story that it was adapted from.. becuz it wasn't playing everywhere.. i got lost trying to find the theater that was playing it and parked and walked a couple of blocks till i finally found it. have u ever heard of imdb.com??? its like a VJ for movies.. i was on there EVERYDAY analyzing this and chatting about that..

okay now mi gone FOR REAL.. BYE

 , i am dying over here. Why yuh suh intrigued about "Battybuss Mountain"?! Thats what my JA friend would call it everytime, and I would die laughing. He could not handle me talking about that movie and how it was so good...battybuss dis and battybuss dat, thats all I heard. Secretly i think he was intrigued by the movie too just was puttin on that JA I hate the gays foolishness.

I know imdb....thats where i just looked up the Good Girl. They have chat rooms? I've already been to the Twilight rooms and sites...all you gotta do is google Twilight and you'll see I'm not alone!

Which without a unexpired GC, I don't think he can do!

Exactly. His best bet is to divorce, remarry and file an entirely new petition.

By new petition are you talking ROC petition or AOS petition? When you remove conditions you remove them based on your marriage to the original petitioner. If he were to remarry I would think he would have to start all over again at the AOS stage with the new wifey...plus he would have out of status time accumulated from when his conditional GC expired til the time the new AOS petition is filed to deal with. What a mess!

I meant start over with CR-1 petition. I was under the impression that USCIS will "forgive" the overstay upon an new petition that gets approved, just like an overstay for any other type of visa.

So the new greencard...is it a sticker that goes in his passport? How does he travel if this old sticker says expired in it? Does he have to bring his greencard with him whenever he leaves the country?

my husband visa expires also in 6mos...it expires in june 09...they should definitely get the greencard by then... I thought they get it within the first two weeks being here...the six mos exp. on the visa is just for the time they have to leave ja to get to the US...the greencard is not a sticker that they put in the passport, unless it changed recently...but my sister in law greencard is a card...it says permanent resident on it with her picture...its a plastic card...has that changed?...shes had her card for 5years now so not sure if it changed since then....

 .. i bet honey doan knoa wha ta do.. half of him shaking in him boots ca "di enforcer" on har way and the other half on FIYAH ca him "ooman" soon come  ..ow long ya stay??

You mean shaking in his "slandles". He still can't put his shoes on cuz of his cast. But so true!! He tried to get me to fly into Kingston and he and Jr would just meet me there - NO SIR! Meet me in Mobay and I will drive your little butts to Kingston - I am not a betting ooman and refuse to leave it to chance again!!

And your 2nd part is right on!! He said I'm not going to see you till the 21st of January - that's so far - can't you come for Christmas?!?!? I asked him what bank I should rob????!!!

Staying the 21st to the 26th - Wednesday to Monday.

Everyone must be on lunch now eh? Hi Yaads and Marlita!

Hello :star:

Anyone else as bored as I am at work? :crying: Now is not the time to be hunting for other jobs but this job is going to kill me with boredom...I can feel it!

Hey Lita - how's life going? Ever make it to the movie?

I been meaning to ask you about it. I made it...did you? what u think? Evan was livid with how much he hated it. I didnt find it that bad....its no book, but I am all about the 'E' man so I didnt care as long as i saw him, haha!!

I made it - twice  The first time around I didn't really like it that much but it was midnight and I was just coming off reading them so I was very critical. I went again cause my sis wanted to see it and the second time I enjoyed it a lot more. I just didn't go in with such high hopes and enjoyed it instead of picking it apart. It's definitely no book but the eye candy didn't hurt. I think the second one will be better as they will have a way bigger budget. Have you read #2 yet?

Eye candy?!?!? What movie ya'll chatting bout?

Hey Everyone, After fighting with DHL for a day and half and getting no where and them finally telling us they looked and do not have the package and their is nothing else they can do for us. They girl that gave him his passport is swearing up and down that she came him both and told him not to open the brown envelope. So we tired of arguing with them and turn to the embassy, they finally responded and they have the darn package still, after they told the immigration officer they sent it they told DHL they sent it. So we are looking like we are idiots and got the package and lost it when they still have it. The last two days while it has been wonderful having my SO here it has been a nightmare dealing with DHL and the embassy. But Thank God its not lost. So we have to arrange for them to send it.

Goodness!! Glad it is found though - the embassy should have no problems sending it right to you guys directly, right? But then what do you do with it - take it back to the airport?
