wow...part 10 already!!!...i have a question for ya'll if you guys can help...i also posted this on the waiver forum...my friend has been dating this guy for awhile and she is planning on marrying him...the problem is that he is here in the US but overstayed on his visitor's visa for over 2 years....he is from JA...they haven't married yet but planning to marry in Dec...I know if he was straight she would just have to file the i-130 and i-485 concurrently but since he is not up here straight will she still do the same thing or is there an extra step and on what part will this extra step hit...during the USCIS stage or Interview stage...any ideas...thanks... :star:

JGAY - I think they can file from here - he entered legally on a visitor's visa, and as long as they file from here and DO NOT leave the US before it is final, they should be okay -

I agree here. It's just adjusting a visa he already legally had. If he leaves, though, he will not be able to return easily.....they may give him lots of grief for the overstay. I would Adjust from the US if it were me.

Look under the AOS threads for advice. I know there are many who have done it the way you are describing.

He calls me KC (my initials) and I call him papi as nicknames. He hated Papi at first...say he is not an old man. But now he likes it.

We call the puppy...mookstar!!!! She's so rude. She got on the bar and drunk a little bottle of wine. Imagine a drunk puppy :wacko: She chewed the top of it. It was a turn top.

Gurl, as long as it was a one time thing...now if you came home to chewed up alcohol bottle tops everyday...I'd say you gotta a problem and maybe needs a seven paw rehab program!! :rofl::lol: (Don't say it Kimmy...I know...AHDM...A HOT DYAM MESS!!)

I came home yesterday..and she was waiting by the door and Ryan was in the basement. So I went down to the basement to say hi to hubby. Stacey AKA Mookstar...doesn't follow me and she normally follows me around the house. He say...that dog too damn rude. He put his can pineapple juice on the fridge...she done jump of there and got it down ...drunk his pineapple juice. He was hot....He say...let's see who win....me or her...dyamn dog. So she likes me cause I barely get mad at her :blush:

Sorry, didn't mean to make you cry! Yes, he would be the same age as Kimora - One of my nephews is 3 days older, so I see it daily (although my nephew is WHITE blond, lol) -

I'm so glad Ryan realized that I DON'T talk in the morning. My neice is the same way. I need time to wake up and gather my thoughts. Only thing is...he likes to talk to me while I'm sleep at night and get wonder why he gets weird responses.

The other day he said You were smiling when I gave you kisses when you were sleep. I said....you gave me kisses???? I had no idea. Please beware of what you do to me while sleeping..neva no wha u might get. :bonk::help:
