I am slowly getting that from him about some things. He just can't "get" them. I know it will be an adjustment for him regardless. I still hope that something I tell him will stick and break his fall when he gets here.

I am very excited. I want to share everything with him about my life just as he does with me. I am generally an optimistic person, but Steve helps me stay that way.

Yeah Kimmy, there are so many things that come out once they get here. I think Evan puts the cart before the horse sometimes. I mean its really good to have goals and aspirations, its just that the path to get to those goals seems very fuzzy, if not impossible. But I realize its all an understanding thing. I can imagine this move can be a great problem in many relationships and even start to manifest itself in ways where you dont realize the true problem.

to be specific it was a rollercoaster ride. i had minimum control over when i can be with my husband and that was very debilitating. the wait was excruciating but something good came out of it. it strenthened my love for my husband and we are more committed. this was a challenge but you have support right here.

That is too funny.....I keep asking Steve if he thinks he can handle me for that long. I just can't wait for the argument to happen in person!! He says he is not scared and that he can handle me for life. I love him! And yes this will be the longest I have ever stayed!

girl this whole love thing got me second guessing myself.. i LOVED my husband, i mean loved his dirty bath water LOL, but it didn't work.. i am not blinded that 2 people w/ good intentions can still get it wrong.. but hey I am not gonna let my craziness keep me from finding true love tho.. u and the mista will have a WONDERFUL time..

I hear you! I just can't wait for my divorce from my kids sperm donor to be done in January. I just want that chapter of my life to officially close! For me, with Steve, it is totally different. I am not settling for less like I have in the past. I let him be the man in the relationship, instead of me trying to be everything! I definately second guess myself about love. I feel like...how does one REALLY know how true it is until you are right smack dab in the thick of it. Just my thoughts.........

i feel u know when u r in love when u rant and be bitchy over any little thing and he just listen to you until u calm down. when u cuss and fuss over stuff and you both never feel differently about each other and when u can see yourself with each other and both your faults and still want to be where you are and nowhere else. you are not together for security nor desperation, just by choice.a choice made because you don't want to choose anything else. that's my take

man if this aint the truth.. one of my trips to FL, we had our first "in person" fight.. cussing and all WOW.. i was scared cuz it was my second to last day.. and I am used to the silent treatment after an argument like that.. but 2 min didnt go by b4 he told me he didn't want to fight anymore and hugged me, we just agreed to disagree.. that is my man!!!

There is something so earthly, virile and fertile about Jamaica...there is never a true way to know if you can stop menses before a vacation there. So, I did what needed to be done. I went to my OB/GYN and told them to take everything...make a pool for his kids with the uterus and jump rope with my tubes...use the ovaries for punching bags...I was through with them anyway. Wah-la! No more worries about Aunt Flo! I can wear white the entire trip...alll year long if I so desire. I love it!

I WISH.. i mean honestly.. my tubes are tied, what good is any of that stuff anyway.. do u have to take estrogen?? or any other hormones??

I'll e-mail you in a few days with my quick explanation on the form (as soon as my final exam is finished). I kept it pretty simple though. Mostly explaining the date, where and how we met.
