My friend's sister that was having issues with her husband and his kids...well, her husband (soon to be ex) and kids were deported this morning to Jamaica. Not sure, if I want to call it deporation, she said the letter stated "voluntary departure"

Oh, no. What are they going to do?

What happened to get him deported or voluntary departed???

He came up on K-1 and brought his 3 kids (all girls) 17, 16 and 14 and well, they're bad a hell. Husband was abusive and the kids follow, except for the youngest. They had no respect for her and they two older girls, beat her up several times with her ending up in the ER. She didn't file AOS for them and he kept pushing and pushing her to file, but she didn't have all the money and she wasn't ready. Now, she lived in Jamaica for 6 months with these girls and had no issues, they were well behaved, but once they got here the two older girls wouldn't do anything in the house, wouldn't go to school, got arrested for fighting or shoplifting and her husband would not try to discipline them. So, she punished one of the girls by taking away her i-pod and the girl beat her up and it just kept on going from there until her sister told me what was going on and we drove up to NY and it was just a hot mess. Too much to type.

Hubby and the two older daugthers got arrested for assaulting her. This happened several times. The last time they were held and placed in immigration proceedings. The younger was removed from the home and placed in foster care for a week while she was in the hospital. It's just a sad case.

Oh my...that's horrible for her to have to go through that.

Sorry, I meant to type she didn't file AOS for them yet. She's okay, but she worried about the youngest girl. She wanted her to stay, but the immigration Judge wouldn't let her or something like that. It's more to the story, it seems that he rekindle (is that the word) with his kids mother and she's in the states now, but she's not here legally. He was up to something.

Today is not going to be a good day. I can feel it.

My mom sent me an e-mail of the Naked Fireman 2009 Calendar. It was this cute little baby's picture in fireman garb. I have a fireman friend, so I forwarded it on to him with a note that said, "I thought I might see you in this." Only, I didn't send it on to him. I accidentally hit reply and sent it to my mom. OMG.....good thing I didn't say anything else!!!!!

 Did she ask you to explain?

Sorry bout your fall Wakey :(

Sus - I am rolling...that would have been so freaking funny

She said "I've never been a fireman."

I just said, whoops, sent to the wrong person. She didn't ask for further explanation.

Will she be able to move on, Tre?

Lord have mercy Lawny what a terrible situation she had to endure. My heart goes out to her.

Intimacy, like charity, begins at home. If we cannot be intimate with ourselves, we have no way to bring to intimacy with another person.

Intimacy with ourselves takes time. We need time for rest, time for walks, time for quiet, and time to tune into to ourselves. We cannot completely fill up our lives with activities and become intimate with ourselves. Nor can we just sit quietly indefinitely and become intimate with ourselves. We have to have the time and energy to be our lives and to do our live in order to establish and intimate relationship with ourselves.

Surprisingly, as we become intimate with ourselves, we discover our connection with others

Morning/Afternoon Yardies! I'm cracking up at ya'll this morning! This thread is just too funny!

Morning all! I couldn't sleep, don't know what my problem is!

MsNelly - I haven't stayed there, but I have heard okay things about it - basic rooms, no TV - kinda dark and at the upper end of the beach, though -

For around the same price, look at these spots, which are mid beach:

http://www.hidden-paradise.com/rates.html

http://www.theyellowbird.com/

http://www.barbbarn.com

http://www.negrilhotels.com/

I've heard good things about all the places you mention Sus but I have personal experience with Bar B Barn and love that place! It's got cute cottage style rooms reasonably priced (2 of us, 2 double beds for $70 + tax a night), A/C, great water pressure (had issues other places), breakfast included (yummy saltfish & ackee), nice little beach and really great staff. It's also in really close walking distance to places like Kuyaba, Bourbon Beach & Alfred's.

I can't wait til Christmas....I'm looking forward to the time off.

I'm staying at home this year.

I want Christmas to get here fast and leave. I'm looking forward to 2009.

I'll second that!! I want December over with.

I'll THIRD that! Aren't we scrooges? :P

and for the record, anyone who has the money to fly to another country solely to have sex, please tell me where you work cause i need an application...LOL

:rofl::rofl::rofl: ME TOO!

Good morning ladies, yes I am back in the states. We cried all day yesterday, so today at work I look loke a truck hads hit me. But my co-workers are saying I look great. I just got back last night and today i am sitting here in my office at work.

 Sorry Roxcie, we all know how you feel! Welcome home anyway....

On the downside, once i closed it, it kind of hitched my pants up a bit, so they arent so loose and now im getting a wedgie, but i feel this wedgie is worth it....LOL

Point taken and well received. I think he is hilarious with his lisp and thick thighs. Still trying to reconcile how he managed to get soooo many baby mamas. Lord that man couldn't touch me with a ten-foot pole. EEECCHHHKKK.

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Sus,

I went to school with someone that had a baby with Kip Rich (she's much older than him) and her sister has a baby with Elephant Man (need I say more).

1luv; he sent the gorillas after me one night (and yes) I got cussed out big time on the mic...mind you, all I said was I don't think so, next thing I was dutty gyal dis and who mi tink mi is... my friends were letting it hype them up, I was just kept my mouth shut...after all I really there to see "Rodney Price" and DJs from the late 80s to early 90s.

What a TOOL! I didn't know all this stuff....what an education you can get here. What am I gonna do with the one CD of his I own now? I use it to annoy people in the laundromat on the other side of my bedroom wall when they come in at 6:30 on a Saturday morning and start banging around. I think I'll just keep playing it for them on Saturday mornings! LOL!

I AM SERIOUSLY PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY TIRED....lol

Honey, I hope you catch a break soon, I know you need it.

Hey guys!

All you women of faith and prayer warriors, please keep me in your thoughts.

It is so hard for me to read threads and everyone else that applied at the same time as me have their SO home a long time ago..or they are getting ready for them to come home this month. I am so happy for everyone, but sometimes I get really discouraged!

How is everyone today?

I LOVE MY HUSBAND!!!!!!!!!!!

Ells how did you reply to so many post like that? I love it...

You just hit the quote button at the bottom of each message and when you're done you select the 'add reply' button and can do it all at once. I usually delete the bulk of messages and only keep the stuff I'm commenting on so it isn't a mile long reply. Hope that makes sense.
