Going to try out that new visa appointment scheduling system tomorrow. Now it didnt say anywhere that those who previously paid at paymaster are able to schedule also. Lets cross fingers, SIL has been waiting for months to get an appointment. We are gonna try the online one first n see how that goes.

Hey Lawny, have you ever tried melatonin pills? Those work for me pretty well when I get into my insomniac modes. Take one about an hour before bed time and it helps me to fall asleep sooner and sleep harder. It's the same stuff our bodies produce so I feel like it's a little safer than sleeping pills. Not too expensive for a bottle and you can find them in the vitamin/supplement aisle.

Stress sucks!

I like them as well. Something like $6.99 for 250 of them at Walgreens. They do give me some really odd dreams sometimes, though.

They keep talking about this Sleep Pretty in Pink stuff on the radio. Natural stuff too. I checked them out last weekend. They were on sale for $14 and the box said take 1,2,or 3 a few hours before bed. Too expensive for my tastes if I have to take so many of them. I'll still to the melatonin when I need it.

isn't it terrible..look at the one that killed the little girl coming from or to a wedding on Long Island..soo horrible

It's disgusting - Our court system is soooooooooooooooooooooooooo fykkked up! My younger brother got a DUI for rolling through a stop sign - Suspended license for 3 months - this rich azz got the same punishment?

I'll be living in his nice fancy mansion and owning my own company when my lawsuit is finished - Normally, I am not a vindictive person - but here, hell yes I am -

You have every right to be in this situation, Sus. It's not like he just dented your freakin car. You get your case in front of a jury and he will be living in a cardboard box.

Sus, remember what you said to me earlier? You better not feel bad or vindictive about this one bit. You have every right.

Nope, I don't -

I told his father that I was using the proceeds to create a nonprofit for boys who have sperm donors instead of Daddys -

My heart goes out to you Sus. (L) I don't think you are being vindictive at all! And I think the nonprofit is a wonderful idea.

He is gorgeous... awwwwww what a blessing! Do you bite (lightly) his cheeks :D

I'm with you everything happens for a reason without questions, though such a sad story.... destiny simply can not be denied and will have its day!

Thanks for sharing and bless!

Thanks for all the thoughts from the other thread -

So, to give the condensed version of my full story, which some of you here already know - When I broke my engagement to my ex, and walked away from him, something else decided to take a walk  I was tired, run down, and surprise!!! Pregnant. My ex was useless and self centered, and totally not involved in my son's life. When he was 18 months, we were broadsided by a drunk driver and he was killed instantly - He was the light of my life and my joy - Yes, it was hard going through what I went through, but I truly believe that everything happens for a reason - My son was a wake up call to me to make some serious changes in my life, and now he's my angel.

Here are a few pics:
