Hey there!

We didnt get our NOA1yet.....our I-129 pacckage was received at the VSC September 11,2008.

IS THERE ANYBODY THAT IS IN THE SAME SITUATION AS OURS?????

or I should think that something is wrong??

I never received my NOA1 until I called them 30 days after they had cashed the check. And even after that call I received it 2 months later, 3 days before our petition was approved.

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

Our problem is that my fiance paid by money order so its basically impossible to check at least if they even cashed the money!!!!!:bonk:

is there any point to call them and ask for some information about this? if we dont have case number or check cashed????? how do you think??

or just to wait like a fool....that maybe something will happen......

thats sucks!!! :crying:

Give them a ring. What have you got to lose? At least they might be able to tell you if they've received your petition or not.

Good luck and speedy journey. Hopefully this will be the one and only hiccup you'll have during this process. (F)

Yea I think you should contact them, good luck :)

7/31/2008 - Sended I-129F to VSC (lost in mail).

9/24/2008 - Resended I-129F to VSC (*sigh* lost again).

10/30/2008 - Resended again I-129F to VSC.

11/11/2008 - NOA1

03/09/2009 - RFE received

03/11/2009 - Returned RFE

05/23/2009 - Recieved 2nd RFE

08/05/2009 - Denied. Besides that he turns out to be a total jerk. Case ended.
