hi guys

my fiance will be comin this friday and he gonna spend christmas and new year's with me.

we got our hardcpoy of noa2 already, but we don't have a manila case number yet. I just want to know,when the time that the embassy gonna mail our packet 3 is it okey if i'll just aurthorized my sister to recieve the packet? or the postman will just leave that packet at the mail box?

Wow, what a nice yuletide season to be with the one you love :whistle:

Anyway, he will receive a letter from NVC with your case number on it. No more packet 3 or 4 that will be sent to the fiance. As soon as you get your mnl case number, wait for a week or two then call mnl embassy, check if they have received it and then you can schedule your medical and interview. Who knows, you might get interviewed while he's here in the PI. So tell him to better bring with him all the necessary documents that will be needed for the interview.

2008-09-29: Mailed I765 (EAD)

2008-10-07: NOA for EAD

2008-12-12: Received EAD Biometrics Appointment

2008-12-19: Biomentrics Appointment

2008-12-29: Ordered EAD Card

2008-12-31: EAD Approval

2009-11-26: Submit AOS

2010-03-30: Permanet Resident 10yrs GC

2010-04-15: Update status with SS

2010-04-22: Received new SS Card
