Hey Kevin & Leilei, as far as the K-1, i'm sure that it will just get sent back and expire, from what i've read here, K-3 is an option, I guess after the shock has wore off, we have to decide what do do next, it's certainly a blow for sure, I can only hope when interview time comes for you guys, that you have better luck than us. guess it's true what they say about Guangzhou ! just isn't fair. Take good care you guys. :)

Vietnam is the same way. For you 2 who got denied, when you sent in your I-129f, did you send in any proof with that? How much? What kind of proof?

I hope it doesn't sound racist (I am not at all, just stating facts) but there is a black lady who works in Vietnam who I have also heard denies everyone. I wonder why that is or if it is just a coincidence???

I'm so sorry for that

but i wonder why they said that to you guys? don't you have a bonafide relationship ? or did they ask your fiancee some question and she didn't answer them right ??!!!!

Nothing's impossible . Nothing's unreachable .When I am weary you make me stronger

This love is beautiful .So unforgettable . I feel no winter cold when we are together .

Will you stand by me ?!!!Hold on and never let me go .

Will you stand by me?!! With you i know i belong . When the story gets told .

When day turns into night .I look into your eyes . I see my future now .All the world and its wonder

This love wont fade away. And through the hardest days . I will never question us .You are the reason my only reason.

I'm blessed to find what i need in a world loosing hope. you are my only believe .

You make things right every time after time.....

Will you stand by me ?!!!

I love you so much and i miss you so much more .

If you know or thought it might be a chance of denial, why didn't you attend the interview.

I would of demanded that the CO let me into the interview room.

Is China a high fraud country?

Yes, China is a high fraud country and no you wouldn't be demanding anything. The security guard would stop you at the top of the escallator to the 5th floor. The USC can wait in the coffee shop on the 4th floor or outside the building. Everybody knows there's always a chance of denial but not everyone can be with their loved one at interview time.

The important thing now is to focus on the next steps. The fiancee received either a blue or white paper. To assist with next steps we need to know both the color and exactly what the paper says. Many visas are initially denied with a request to provide more evidence or information. Others require a local attorney become involved immediately. The paper she was given will be the key.

What does the paper say?

Hello pushbrk, I agree with your reply 100% people have to realise it's quite expensive for a round trip ticket to China, and even if I was there, I know I could not be with her during the interview. the paper was the standard white paper, I assume there are more pages, but she only scanned and sent the front page - see attatched. I will try to update other pages. Thank you again for your reply and support.

I'm afraid I really can't read everything on the scan but it does reference not having a bona fide relationship.

Generally, in these cases your only viable option is to hire a local attorney familiar with the Consulate to petition them to keep the case there and allow you to provide additional evidence for their consideration. Otherwise months from now, USCIS will simply do nothing because the validity of the petition will have expired.

In these cases, one or both the parties generally have some kind of clue why this decision was reached. It usually has something to do with the lack of evidence or a problem with the interview itself. What clue do you or she have? What can you tell us about the interview?

If you can read the white sheet better than I can, does it reference any other codes or specifics except the generic "not a bona fide relationship"?

Hello again pushbrk, sorry about the scanned document, I also had a hard time reading it. this is the only thing I have at this time, my girlfriend was kinda rushed, and had to leave to visit her cousins in Shenzhen, but will fill me in on the details in a day or two. I will keep you posted ! Many thanks again to you. ;)
