Hello, today I went online to check the "online payment center" and the IV Fee of $400 showed up as waiting to be paid, so I paid it. When I called to check on Yizhen's DS-3032, change of address and email, they did show receipt of the DS-3032! and I mentioned that I paid the IV Fee today. They asked how I paid the bill, since it has not been billed yet? I said it showed up on the online payment site this morning so I paid it. Did I do something wrong? or will their computer be updated with the billing soon? Early this morning, the IV Fee portion of the billing said "not processed", then about 10:30am, it said $400 due, so I paid it. I hope this won't cause a problem. If anyone knows anything, please help us. Thanks, Mike & Yizhen

Hello mommy&helena, when I paid the AOS fee it took about 3 days to process, then it showed paid and I could print the reciept, the cover page, and the I-864. I think that the same thing will happen for the DS-230.

Thanks, Mike & Yizhen

I see. Actually my concern is that the status is supposed to show IN PROCESS but it is still showing NOT PAID. I just called NVC, and they said that the status will change 3 days after I make the payment. She doesnt seem to have an idea about the process of paying online. so i guess im just gonna wait for now.

the first page shows "not paid", but if you hit the reciept button, the next page shows "in process". I am hoping that there is no problem with paying the bill when the NVC computer shows that the bill is not generated yet. Mike & Yizhen
