Husband got the Visa!!!!!!!

My husband interview went very well except for the wait. he went 7am and got out of the consulate around 3pm. the consulate woman was very nice.asked him wat I do and where I work. then saw our pics. she was impressed by our pics.... she was very kind.... after that she said that he was approved and to pick up the visa tomorrow. next day he went at 2:30pm to pick up the visa. he had to wait for TWO hours for it. They did 2nd interview for him. Coincidently the same consulate woman interviewed him. she told him that they pick randomly some ppl for 2nd interview and apologized for the wait. she asked how am I doing and wat will he do wen he comes here after that he picked up the visa!!!!

Congrats on your husbands Visa....I am really happy to hear that your hubby was treated nicely which is rare in Bangladesh and also surprised that his visa was given right after the interview day... I thought it always takes 2 months usually for US consulate Dhaka to issue a immigrant visa..That awakens new hopes in my mind.

Would you please bother to email me the list of papers that you have sent in NVC and also the list of papers that your husnad took with him while interview. My email ID is soniash_bd@hotmail.com....

Again..Congrats...you are one lucky person to get the visa so early (7-8months)....

Thanks everyone.

My husband and I was very well prepared. he did told me alot of ppl were told to come back for another day due to lack of pics. make sure to take the wedding pics, after wedding pics. take pics that has both of u along with family members (make sure u know them!). They like those type of pics.

He also seen how alot ppl were treated badly and rudely... My husbands experience went very well thanks to allah... He will be coming home around Christmas... Inshallah.............
