Nothing's impossible . Nothing's unreachable .When I am weary you make me stronger

This love is beautiful .So unforgettable . I feel no winter cold when we are together .

Will you stand by me ?!!!Hold on and never let me go .

Will you stand by me?!! With you i know i belong . When the story gets told .

When day turns into night .I look into your eyes . I see my future now .All the world and its wonder

This love wont fade away. And through the hardest days . I will never question us .You are the reason my only reason.

I'm blessed to find what i need in a world loosing hope. you are my only believe .

You make things right every time after time.....

Will you stand by me ?!!!

I love you so much and i miss you so much more .

Considering nothing else seems to be up to date, why would you believe these dates are? I dont think I have ever read a single post on VJ that someone said they saw somthing updated on the web-site before they got information in the mail. Unless you count "touches", which could mean nothing.

Dont worry about it - it doesnt help.

Thanks for the head's up, Desi. This is what we affectionately refer to as "covering your a**". When they made that 6 month posting in Mid-October, it opened up the door for a lot of people with late March-Early April NOA 1's (like me) to request status inquiries, and they probably realized from the flood of those they got recently, that they should have never put that 6 month time estimate down.

It's funny, if you look at what has happened to that date over the last 3 months, for all intents and purposes it suggests that for every month that passes, they are processing about a week and a half's worth of applications. Aw h*ll, it's a useless number. Who am I kidding? It wouldn't surprise me if, in 30 days from now, the date goes backwards again, to February.

Maybe it's time to get the Mrs. to take a trip to Mexico, and I will sneak her across the Rio Grande.

V-S-u-C-k-s.

this is unreal...i am seeing my congressman's aide friday afternoon to see what the hell is taking them so long if the officer had my files in his hands!!! It will be interesting because the congressman's office offered help given the 6 month processing time that were published. This is getting unbearable for us both. People in India are doubting if our marriage is real!

Yeah the problem with that one, the "6 months" one from October 19 said at the top of the list it was as of August 31. A couple of people at National reminded me of that when they tried to argue with me that November 17 minus April 4 equals something less than 6 months.

is unreal. only thing that those dates they post prove is that there is life in Vermont. cant even be sure there is life at VSC , u only know the IT ppl work once a month on the site. because if u notice, there r filers from before 26th of february /7th of march who never heard a word from them. and another thing, I am assuming that every officer there gets a number of cases, and is imposible all of them are at the 7th march files. thats dust in the eyes. I dont even bother look at their site, i only get some hope when I see someone with timelines close o mine get approved. but even tha isnt sure, because Ive seen some who filed later and got aproved. so is really no way to predict it.

Ya, they just started that "as of" cr*p last month

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Bro let me know what happens. I don't have the problem with people doubting my marriage, but I totally understand what you mean.

I actually developed this a friendly relationship with the staff at my congressmen's office. Lucky for me, the office is just down my street.

They spoke to me positively and they said they will do what ever they can to help me out and to look into my case. Lets just hope something good comes out of this.

I hate VSC... I dont undorstand why do they have to work so slow...I mean if they could process atlease 10 ppl per day it would be so much faster, but it seems like they are proseccing 1 petition every month... they are so behind!

I dont get the "as of september" nonsence!! Does that mean that on 30th September they were processing applications from the 7th of March? So then as of the end of november what apps are they now processing? Cause if thats how they are putting it then they should be processing apps from May!!! And then if i filed in August when should my papers be processed according to them? AARRRGGGGG This is driving me crazy!! I havent seen my husband since April and we only got married in Feb!! We wont even be together to celebrate our first wedding aniversary at this rate!!

I just dont know what to do anymore! And the worst thins is that there is nothing I can do which makes me more mad!!!! ;-(

Arrrgggggg!!! Anyone wanna scream with me to release some tension!! lol

All this on the heels of the biggest government swindle in history. I can't get a lousy visa application processed in 8 months, but within 2 months 350 billion dollars of our tax money can go in the pockets of the super-rich on wall street. The government officials in Washington are bought and sold before they ever arrive. And if you think there is a difference between the two parties, think again. Both parties were on tv for a week trying to scare the public into backing this swindle. The vast majority of the public didn't buy the lies, but both houses still voted for the bailout, after of course they added 150 billion dollars in special interest projects. Face it people. You don't matter to them. Just shut up and pay your taxes. My plan: to vote out incumbants in every election regardless of party affiliation and support as many third parties candidates as possible. I suggest you to consider doing the same.
