Interview tomorrow! Question

We have our interview tomorrow.

We have all our paperwork together, but I wonder if we are lacking in evidence

We have months and months of bank statements in both our names

I also have copies of credit card statements that I have added my wife to as an authorize user, but they wouldnt let me make it a "joint account". All I could do is add her as user. Unfortunately she isnt really listed on the statements. I am planning to take the credit cards themselves with us, on a couple of them the numbers are the same, just with my name or hers.

We live with my parents so we have no utilities or rent. I do have an affidavit from my mother stating the living arrangements.

We have TONS AND TONS AND TONS of pictures! Taking them all!

And I have printed e-mails from before she was over, also taking Christmas cards, birthday cards.. etc..

Just worried its not enough!

Timeline

we just had our interview today. i wasn't sure if we had enough evidence, but the officer didn't seem to care too much. we gave her copies of our joint bank statements since july, a copy of another joint bank statement from last month, copies of our car insurance ID cards (we have a joint policy for our cars), and a copy of the phone bill from last month (with my husband's name, since my cell phone is listed under his name now - we have a family plan). when i mailed my application, i sent a credit card statement and she still had that in my file. it's my husband's account, but he added me and we had both of our names in the statement. the statement showed whose card was used each time, so that helped.

i think you will be okay - i brought photocopies of all the original documents (although i already mailed them with my application) and i think it was kind of an overkill. i am glad i had more than enough, though, just for my comfort.

good luck tomorrow!

You can only take what you have as proof. Just be ready to explain you both live at your parent's house if necessary. Answer his/her questions and try not to add too much additional information and you should do fine.

Any mail addressed to both of you will help but the bank statements are probably good enough.
